어떻게 올릴까 고민한 노래...

Offspring 형들이 돌아왔습니다.

 

참 그들의 노래를 올려보려고 이래 저래 정보를 수집해봤는데...

 

그들에 대한 정보는 우리나라에 많지 않습니다.  펑크록그룹에 아주 중요한 위치에 있음에도... 

 

제 외국어 수준이 형편없어 원페이지를 보기 힘듭니다. ㅜㅜ

 

원래는 6월말 중 이들의 신보를 소개하려고 했는데 바쁜 일도 있었고 능력도 안되고...

 

Offspring은 90년대 네오 펑크 전성시대의 선두주자였습니다.

 

전 뭐... 그때 약간 듣기 좋은 하드록밴드로 알고 있었습니다. ^^

 

솔직히 이젠 음악 장르 구분은 제겐 무의미하긴 하지만... 

 

어쨌든 그들은 90년대 잘 나갔던 록그룹입니다.

 

저도 좀 들었던 그룹입니다만... 세월은 흘렀고.... 그들도 역사 속으로 사라지는 줄 알았습니다만...

 

보컬이 탈퇴하고 기타리스트인 Dexter Holland가 그룹을 재정비하여 올해 유튜브에 앨범을 공개했습니다.

 

아~~~ 은혜로운 Dexter Holland...

 

전체적으로는 새로운 특색은 없으나(그들은 50대다..) 아주 듣기 좋은 펑크곡입니다.

 

참고로 Punk와 FunK는 다른 음악입니다. 여긴 Punk... ^^

 

덧붙여 Dexter Holland는 분자생물학 박사입니다. 그래서 그런지 뮤직비디오에는 COVID-19가 판칩니다.

 

음악만 잘하는 것 아닌 인간... 하나 더 추가... ㅜㅜ
